Wow! We were surprised with some wonderful news. The ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) has awarded us the Top Camping designation in the "Small Campsites up to 60 Pitches" category. We're naturally thrilled with that. Mirjam de Visser: "We're thrilled with this award. It's truly confirmation that the path we've taken with the campsite is a good one. We're grateful to see that our guests appreciate the progress!"
Besides this award, the Zeeland mini-campsite has already received awards, such as the ASCI award for "Campsite with the best sanitary facilities." And a Zoover award: Gold winner 2023.
Welcome to mini-camping De Vlaschaard!
We, Jan and Mirjam, warmly welcome you to our mini-campsite De Vlaschaard in Middelburg! Our spacious campsite with disabled-friendly sanitary facilities is located 1.5 kilometers from the center of Middelburg. Dishoek beach is four kilometers away and easily accessible by bike. There are also plenty of charming villages and historic towns nearby to explore by bike! Already feeling the holiday spirit? Then don't wait any longer and book your holiday!
Please note: From July 11 to August 22, 2026, the spots are reserved for families, so the children can play together!

man sollte more nach de Tieren schauen, dem Schwein geht es glaub ich not so good, that they have bräuchten auch more Pflege and the Esel wollen bei dem Schönen Wetter auch raus. It is really nice, we don't know that people will receive 5 stern service 🙏👍. Thanks for the beautiful home.

Our campsite is divided into three semi-separated pitches situated around the sanitary building. In the center is a large children's playground visible from many of the pitches. So you don't have to leave your pitch to keep an eye on your children! All pitches are equipped with a 10A hookup.

On the beach in 15 minutes!
From De Vlaschaard mini-campsite, you can be on the sand in just 15 minutes. Dishoek beach is the ideal spot to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand!
Indoor activities for children
There's always something to do at mini-campsite de Vlaschaard! Kids can have fun in the indoor play hall or one of the outdoor playgrounds.
Cycling on Walcheren
Our mini-campsite is situated in a fantastic cycling area. From the mini-campsite, you can easily cycle to the beach, along the coast through the woods and dunes, or through the meadows from village to village!
